    Lorraine,

    1. "Time Tip Tuesday is back 🎯"

Time Tip Tuesday is back by popular demand.

Several years ago, I used to do Time Tip Tuesday Live on Facebook. I've had numerous people ask me to bring them back.

    I am—but with a twist.

I want to help those in a fog who need focus so they can live free (or live free again).

    Why now?

Because I keep meeting people like Oscar, John, and Maria:

Oscar went from a burned-out painter working for someone else to making $250K working for himself, taking more time off for his daughter (even going to Disney), and learning to love his Creator.

John went from being in a fog after his wife died of cancer to being focused on his deeper why in life, saving tens of thousands of dollars to help others, and finding the love of his life again.

Maria was exhausted as a single international mom who'd never gone anywhere but McDonald's, Walmart, and work. She worked all night and cared for her daughter during the day, falling asleep every time I spoke with her. She became focused, got the job she wanted, started attending church again, more than tripled her income, and is now getting rest and trying every restaurant in her town.

Maybe you're overwhelmed by too many opportunities and little right action. Maybe you wish you were less distracted and instead made more movement and accomplishment.

That gap between where you are (what I call HERE) and where you know you're called to go (what I call THERE) can feel uncertain, exhausting, and frustrating.

Here's the thing: it's not really your fault.

Why Focus Feels Harder Than Ever

Something has shifted—and if you've felt more fog than focus lately, you're not imagining it.

    This isn't a motivation problem. It's a convergence problem.

Three massive forces have quietly collided, and together they've made the old way of managing time completely obsolete:

MEGA TREND #1: The Attention Economy Has Replaced the Time Economy

Attention—not time—has become the most valuable resource on earth. Every app, notification, feed, and "urgent" request is competing for your mind. You don't lack hours—you're losing attention in tiny, invisible ways.

MEGA TREND #2: We're Drowning in Information, Not Clarity

When I graduated from college in 1990, there weren't very many books on leadership. One of my first was by my mentor, John Maxwell: "Developing the Leader Within You." Now, John has written over a hundred books himself on leadership.

[IMAGE: AI-generated comparison of information then vs. now]

You've never had more access to books, podcasts, experts, and AI-powered answers. And yet deciding what actually matters feels harder than ever.

More information hasn't created confidence. It's created hesitation.

MEGA TREND #3: AI Has Accelerated Everything—Without Asking If It Should

AI can help you move faster, create more, and execute instantly. But speed without direction doesn't lead to freedom—it leads to regret.

When AI meets information overload, the fog thickens. Ideas multiply. Focus fractures. Momentum stalls.

The old paradigm says: try harder, manage your time better, add another tool.

But that model was built for a slower, quieter world. Today, more tools without clarity create more chaos.

In the last several talks I gave on Time Management and Focus, leaders basically said they need an upgrade to their present system. Classics like "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" are no longer enough.

This is why Fog → Focus → Freedom exists.

Not to help you do more—but to help you decide what deserves your attention.

Not to add information—but to remove interference.

Not to optimize your life—but to align it.

Because focus isn't about discipline anymore. It's about discernment.

And freedom doesn't come from doing everything right. It comes from doing the right things—on purpose—without regret.

What to Expect from This Newsletter

Each week (or so), I'll share short, practical insights drawn from my own journey—and from working with leaders, entrepreneurs, and people in transition who are asking:

    • What am I really supposed to focus on right now?
    • How do I stop spinning and start moving forward?
    • What does freedom actually look like in this season of my life?

You won't get fluff here. You'll get clarity, perspective, and simple tools you can actually use.

And occasionally, I'll invite you into deeper conversations, resources, or coaching—only when it genuinely serves where you are.

    A Quick Note About Me

I spent most of my life frustrated about having big goals but not seeming to get there.

I was sent to the principal's office in kindergarten because of a lack of focus.

My mom said before she died, "Chad, if this can help you, it can help anyone. You have always struggled with focus."

    I couldn't have said it better. :)

If you have hopes and dreams but struggle, welcome to the journey.

    Here's all I ask:

    👉 Take a breath.
👉 Give yourself permission to get clear.
👉 Stay curious about what's possible when focus replaces fog.

If you ever want to reply to one of these emails or posts, I read them. All of them. This isn't a broadcast—it's a conversation.

    Clear thinking ahead,

    Chad Earhart

Dream • Focus • Lead …starting with yourself

P.S. — I found some of those old Time Tip Tuesday Facebook videos. Don't laugh. Hopefully, I've grown some. Here is one of the archives. I'll share more next week.
